Our GBV prevention and response is designed to improve mental health and well-being of vulnerable populations through a comprehensive and inclusive approach. We conduct advocacy and awareness campaigns to educate the community about the impacts of GBV and promote gender equality. Our safe spaces for women and girls provide a secure environment for support and empowerment, helping survivors rebuild their lives and regain confidence. We recruit and train GBV caseworkers to ensure specialized care and connection to multi-sectoral support services. We also train community link volunteers to identify and support GBV cases, enhancing community-based protection. To us, it is strategically important to involve men and boys, our male champion spaces and empowerment initiatives encourage them to advocate for gender equality and challenge harmful stereotypes/norms. Through these targeted activities, we will create a community where everyone can live free from violence and discrimination, ultimately improving the mental health and well-being of all members.
